Bitz Garage, Nairn
Bitz Garage is located in Nairn and the owners have been members of the Highland MG Owners' Club since the Club was started in 2003.
Since being established in 1994 by former armed services' technician Dave Tennant, his wife Annabelle, and eldest son Kris, Bitz Garage has gone from strength to strength.
Initially based in the picturesque village of Cawdor, the family business moved to Nairn in 2007 where it continues to expand. It grew from their success in various forms of Motorsport - especially rallying - and they are still actively involved in both competing and also in managing cars for others to hire on events.
Although involved in Motorsport, Bitz also service and repair any type of car or light commercial vehicle. This includes classics among which are numbered Jensen Interceptor, Triumph TR6, Daimler Limousine, Lotus Elan, Lotus Esprit Turbo and of course MGB. Dave Tennant owns a 1974 MGB GT which he renovated completely using a new bodyshell, so he knows the "B" quite well!
In recent years, in order to service and maintain modern vehicles, Bitz have invested heavily in computer diagnostic equipment and are able to offer this service to those members with the later generations of MG. This includes engine management, ABS, airbag and vehicle security systems.

J W Autobody - Accident Repairs & Restorations
JW Autobody will happily undertake a variety of work ranging from minor bodywork repairs to major restoration projects including major structural repairs and retrimming of the vehicle.
Several Club members have used this garage for repairs and underbody Waxoyling on their MGs, both classic and modern, as well as on their modern every day vehicles.
John Westwater, the proprietor, works professionally, neatly and swiftly and provides a photographic record of the job showing the "before", "in progress" and "after" situation, so that you know exactly what he has done.
